IBAS rule on complaints about betting and gaming transactions but don’t deal with service-related problems. when you’ve submitted your complaint to IBAS they’ll ask us to give our account of what happened. All the information on the complaint will be sent to an independent panel of experts who’ll make a ruling. We’ll always abide by a decision made by IBAS.
