As a UK licenced operator, we have a legal responsibility to check that you are who you say you are, and you’re over 18 years of age. This process is called ‘Know Your Customer’
(KYC). We’ll automatically verify your age when you open an account. During the KYC process we may also contact you to provide proof of your identity. Everything you send to us needs to be less than 3 months old and for passports or driving licences, they need to be valid.

 These documents may include:

  • Bank statement with your name and address displayed
  • Pay slip with your name and address displayed
  • HM Revenue and Customs letter with your name and address displayed
  • Utility bill or contract with your name and address displayed
  • Passport
  • Drivers Licence
